Okay, so this is one of my “life hacks” I’m going to share with you!
I LOVE PIZZA, but only pizza with quality ingredients, and a lot of it! Start by gathering your favorite ingredients (or leftovers in the fridge) and pile them high Amy’s Roasted Veggie Frozen Pizza, which I use as my base. Seriously, have some fun with this one!!
P.S. this is a dairy free recipe > AKA: No Cheese (and the perfect appetizer for a get-together in which you are asked to bring something)
- Amy’s Roasted Vegetable Frozen Pizza (FYI sometimes it isn’t with the other frozen pizza’s… look in the frozen organic section)
- Red & Orange Peppers
- Black Olives
- Shredded Chicken (life hack tip: buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery story THAT’S ALREADY COOKED)
- Spinach (as much as you can pile on top) >> FYI Arugula is a yummy alternative
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Red Pepper (optional)
Instructions: Place frozen pizza on a pan. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Slice your ingredients and pile on top of the pizza (follow the series of pictures below). Add a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper before baking. Bake for at least 25 minutes.
